Step 1: Select Your Style and Leave Contact Information

Hongkai Furniture offers over ten series of designed products, allowing for numerous arrangement scenarios based on your selected style. Share your requirements by emailing us at [email protected]. We will promptly organize a dedicated team of designers and sales representatives to address your needs.


Step 2: Dedicated Account Manager Assigned

A dedicated account manager from Hongkai Furniture will be assigned to handle your requests throughout the entire purchasing process. You can consult with your personal account manager at any time for support and updates.


Step 3: Confirm Product Dimensions and Combinations

Different living environments require different product solutions. Your dedicated account manager will provide specific furniture dimensions and suggest combinations that enhance comfort and functionality in your space.


Step 4: Fabric Selection

  1. For fabric choices, frame colors, and weaving options, pay for shipping costs, and we will send samples via global courier services. This allows you to experience the texture firsthand, making your purchase decision more reassuring.
  2. We partner with top-tier fabric brands globally, such as Sunbrella® from the USA and (Agora)® from Spain. These collaborations offer a wide range of textures, colors, and high-quality materials, ensuring both innovation and customization to meet your project's unique demands. 

Step 5: Comprehensive Quotation

After confirming the product dimensions, material selections, and transportation arrangements, your account manager will generate a detailed quotation. This includes all relevant details like product sizes, frame materials, colors, fabric options, and the total order amount.


Step 6: Pay Deposit

Thank you for trusting us with your custom order. Since each piece is uniquely crafted according to your specifications, a 50% deposit is required before production begins.


Step 7: Review Drawings

Upon receipt of the deposit, our team will create detailed CAD drawings for your approval. We ensure all details align with your expectations, guaranteeing accuracy and facilitating a smooth project progression.


Step 8: Place Order for Production

Once approved, your order enters our production schedule. Depending on the materials and craftsmanship required, different lead times apply.


Step 9: Production Tracking

Stay informed about your furniture’s production status through regular updates from your dedicated account manager. Reach out directly or email [email protected] for any inquiries.


Step 10: Final Inspection via Photos and Videos

Post-production, we conduct thorough inspections using photos and videos to confirm the quality and adherence to your specifications.


Step 11: Pay Balance

After verifying the product’s correctness, settle the remaining 50% balance. Upon receipt of payment, we will carefully package your items and prepare them for shipment.


Step 12: Logistics and Shipping

Depending on the nature of the goods, appropriate shipping methods—railway, sea, or air—are arranged to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


Step 13: Delivery to Your Doorstep

Upon arrival at your location, local delivery personnel will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
